Sydney Tower

The tourism continues – this time it’s the Sydney Tower, formerly known as the Centrepoint tower. This is a very large tower that you can see in all the skyline pictures. There is a viewing area at the top which is pretty great – amazing views all round.

What’s even cooler, is that for an extra $40 you can go outside – as part of a guided group – wearing special suits and connected by wire to the building so you can’t fall off – like on the Harbour Bridge climb. It’s called the Sky Walk. They have a glass ledge that you can see right through to the ground – which they encourage you to jump up and down on! 🙂 Those crazy fools.

It’s the second tallest building in Australia – don’t ya know. We had a beautiful clear day – big thumbs up from these Pommies.
