Sydney Olympic Park and Brickpit Walk

Second stop was the Sydney Olympic Park – they promote this as a place to visit – we were pretty much unimpressed. Big wide open spaces – faceless stadia – I guess worth a look to see what’s there, but nothing special. Maybe we didn’t go to the good bits. Ferry journey there is good – part of the Parramatta route.

The exception was one very good part – the Brickpit Walk – it was rather excellent – a giant elevated circular walkway around an old brick quarry – recommended!
